Write Exciting Non-fiction books for kids!

ABOUT THIS MINI-CLASS

Despite the stereotype and history of boring nonfiction books for kids, many authors are thriving in today’s nonfiction picture book market. Using innovative formats, deep-diving research, and voices that appeal to emotions, creative nonfiction picture books can be among the most rewarding genres to write and publish. Join award-winning author and literary agent Miranda Paul as she combs through the process of creating commercial nonfiction picture books from idea selection to research to writing the final pages of back-matter.

In this mini-class, you're going to identify the structure or format of your own work-in-progress, try out a new format, and get clarity on the best way to approach your topic.

WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
